Terms & Conditions

General

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and/or place orders for items from Advance Hair Implants. You are our priority and our endeavour shall be to provide you with the best possible care.

1. Consultation Fee

Some consultations are complimentary and while certain consultations incur a fee, some will be completely redeemable if you choose to have a treatment. Please ask at the time of booking.

You may phone us on M: 07538885074. Telephone calls to and from Advance Hair Implants Clinic may be recorded or monitored as part of our efforts to further improve service to our customers.

2. Payment of Fee Policy

a)A deposit of £500 (1 day surgery) or £1000 (2 days surgery) (set-up fee) is required upon making your surgery appointment. This must be received within  7 days of our written confirmation; otherwise your appointment cannot be guaranteed.

b) The balance of your fee must be settled on the day BEFORE your actual treatment. If you prefer it can be taken prior to your surgery date. Please inform us by phone or email how you wish to settle the payment.

c) You can pay the balance by any of the following methods:
i. Cash
ii. Bank Transfer
iii. All Major Credit and Charge Cards (Subject to 1.5% admin charge, 3.5% if AMEX )
iv. All Major Debit Cards including Maestro/Switch (preferred method)
v. Personal and credit card cheques can only be accepted if received at our Clinic at least 10 working days before your appointment.

3. Cancellation

Clients who fail to attend or give less than 72 hours’ notice, will forfeit their right to any deposit or payment made towards the treatment or consultation.
Any appointments for consultation, which are not attended or cancelled/re-scheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, will incur a facilities charge of £150.
Any appointments for treatments of procedures, which are not attended or cancelled/re-scheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, might be charged in full.
Please do NOT attend the clinic for an appointment if you are unwell and please inform us of the same as soon as practically possible. If you are unsure, please call and discuss with us.

4. Refunds

a) We do NOT offer refunds on any treatments which are partly or fully completed or any products purchased.

FOR HAIR TRANSPLANT: any fees paid are fully refundable if you cancel or change your surgery/treatment no less than 2 weeks prior to your appointment. But if you cancel or change the date of Surgery/treatment, second time, then we have the right to retain your deposit.

c) If you cancel or change your surgery within 2 weeks of your appointment, we will charge or retain £850.00

d) If you cancel or change your surgery within one week of your appointment we will charge or retain £1000.00

e) If you cancel or change your surgery within 2 days of your appointment we may charge or retain the full value of the surgery as invoiced.

We regret that we CANNOT accept personal cheques or credit card cheques on the day of surgery except by special prior arrangement.
Please bear in mind that the price is for the treatment and not for the results. Due to the nature of the treatments we offer, we do not guarantee any results.
Any courses of treatments must be paid in full before the start of treatment and should be redeemed within 6 months.

Treatment courses may be delayed  or postpones or extended if there is a valid medical reason by the service user.  To redeem for any paid treatment(s), which are cancelled by the service user due to any illness or unforeseeable and unavoidable reasons, it is the responsibility of the service user to provide us with proof of illness or aforementioned reasons  before the end of 4 months.

If the treatment is delayed or postponed or cancelled by AHI Clinic due to any staff illness or any unforeseeable and unavoidable reasons, AHI Clinic will fully refund the paid money or reschedule the treatment date and time, with  mutual agreement between AHI clinic and  the  service user.
Any part of a package or course of treatment that has already been commenced cannot be refunded.

FOR AESTHETIC TREATMENTS: any fees paid are fully refundable if you cancel or change your treatment no less than 2 weeks prior to your appointment. But if you cancel or change the date of treatment, second time, then we have the right to retain your deposit.

c) If you cancel or change the date of your treatment within 2 weeks of your appointment, we will charge or retain 50% of deposit

d) If you cancel or change your surgery within one week of your appointment we will charge or retain 75%of your deposit.

e) If you cancel or change your surgery within 2 days of your appointment we may charge or retain the full value of your deposit.

5. Prices

The prices shown are inclusive of any value added tax (VAT) or sales tax. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax or sales tax. The current price will be shown when you place your order.
All prices shown are cash prices in pounds sterling (GBP).

6. Complaints

We always welcome and learn from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically.

All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to.

All content that you submit may be used at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change, condense or delete any content on our websites that we deem, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use. We do not guarantee that you will have any recourse through Advance Hair Implants Limited to edit or delete any content you have submitted.

7. Child Policy

We ask that our clients should not bring children to the clinic unless they have an accompanying adult who can supervise the children in the waiting area.
We do not offer treatments to anyone under the age of 18.

8. Language

This information is supplied in English only and we will continue to communicate in this way during your agreement with us.

9. Company information

Advance Hair Implants Limited upholds the Data Protection Act as laid out by the Information Commissioners Office.
Company Registered Number: 11410493.
By submitting your email address in connection with your purchase, you agree that Advance Hair Implants Clinic may use your email address to contact you about the status of your order and other administrative purposes.

10. Law

Our agreement with you is based upon English law and the law applicable to this agreement are the laws of England and Wales.
